walk & talk

WALK & TALK sessions

For those living locally in the lower mainland area, I offer one hour walk-and-talk sessions, where we meet outside (rain or shine) to experience the beautiful landscape that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Walk-and-talk locations vary, please see below. These sessions are semi-structured, allowing flexibility for the emergent flow of natural conversation. This unique service combines the essence of "going for a walk with a good friend" with the strategic guidance of a regular coaching session. These may be booked as single sessions, or at a discounted rate as a package.

"Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve your mental health. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a difference. No matter your age or fitness level, you can learn to use exercise as a powerful tool to feel better."
